I like Cana lounge at Gran Rancho Jubilee in Queens. It's a very traditional place. Nice drinks, good music, and always a good crowd.

RE: Dominican Restaurants/Clubs
I would have to say that the best Dominican restaurants and clubs are all in NY, with the exception of any others that are in other states that I am not aware of. Gran Rancho Jubilee is a great place, but I love "El Conde" and Marisco Centro in the Heights, too. Here in Jersey we have Estrella del Caribe which isn't too bad. Now, about the clubs I don't really know...( I know it's a shame!) although I think Umbrella is pretty good, just a bit overpriced but they do bring good artists; When I go to nyc I usually don't go to Latin clubs, not because I don't like them it has to do with the fact that the friends that I go to the city with usually are not Latin.

Well whenever you're in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area, you should visit a new lounge/restaurant in La Avenida Espana, PLaza Mayoral,....it's called 360 Lounge & Restaurant. Delicious food, great service, awesome atmosphere,....quite an experience. Enjoy!

Maybe it's only domin....I mean spainards like u she doesn't hang around. Most Dominicans don't have time for the racial profiling. Im Jamaican/Dominican and i never broke a comb anyway ....Its one in Augusta Ga called Tropicabana its the only club here(dominican) but its okay. across the river in North Augusta SC there's a restaraunt called La Sima the best authenic around it's a shame there aren't many dominicans here but the same ones who"break combs" help keep it going because they fall in love with the food."Estoy a favor de la lucha contra el racismo. pero que sea ecuanime,no solamente el racismo del blanco contra los negros, tambien el racismo de los negros contra los blancos." well said Carbelk
