I was not expecting anything else but that from you.

Good For a second I thought you expected me to trade grammar school insults with you just because you were too sensitive about a joke.

You were too immature and ignorant to say a joke that was not called for. If youy think you were saying a joke, oh man you're so lame

I think this thread is still going...

Okay, I'm the baby here

I'm 23 years old and I was born and raised in central California where I currently live as well. I am a Chicana college student and I plan to go into nursing. For now, my goal is RN, but I would eventually like to get my Master's and become a Nurse Practitioner in the Psychiatric and Mental Health area.

I love learning about medical science and health, especially mental health (suprise, suprise lol) as well as about different histories, languages, cultures, and religions around the world. Love films and music, but who doesn't?

I just joined this site yesterday. I ran across it by mere coincidence as I was looking for Dominican Restaurants in California and I was linked to an article posted here about a Dominican restaurant opening in L.A. called "Mama Fina".

My bf is Dominican and I know sometimes he misses his mami's cooking. I have learned to make basic Dominican foods and some of his favorites like espageti Dominicano, habichuelas con dulce, etc., but I'm no expert in Dominican cuisine which is why I was looking for a restaurant nearby.

Oh yeah, and my bf is from San Pedro de Macoris.
Ciao!

WOW is funny my whole life i have only met 1 Dominican who was into Computer Science. I though there were more. I guess the only 1 i met was right because he was surprise when he met me the first time and ever since i haven't met any other. I guess is good that we are all going in diferent fields and hope all of us can help DR in different ways.
