Listen that is bull! I live in the capital and yes we have more blacks than the rest of the country but even in the Capital the majority of Dominicans arent pure black! You will see more blacks than in Cuba because Cuba doesn't share island with Haiti (Even my 4 year old niece wouldve guessed that one) but overall the pure blacks in the whole island make up about 11% of our entire population. En Villa Juana most Dominicans are poor and Mulattos and you see blacks too ofcourse but you also see man black Haitians but if you do a census of the number of Dominicans in the Capital I guarantee you the majority will not be blacks but Mulattos. I live in this city, work in this city, take my nieces to school in this city, shop in this city even ride the Metro every know and then in this city therefore do not tell me what my city's demographics are because there is no way on Earth you will know more than me on this issue!
