Cibao region is the most populous and developed and historically with the highest percentage of people of pred. European phenotypes. As of now also the region with the highest Taino dna, the south coming in second. Save up some money and just go. |

I just want to know which provinces/sub-regions are generally considered "El Cibao" because many don't consider Puerto Plata or Samana to be El Cibao |

I would really appreciate it if you named every single province that is culturally and racially (majority Light skinned mulatto/mestizo or White) Cibaeno. All I know is Monsenor Nouel, Santiago, La Vega and Valverde. |
