Well, Dominican men are like all other men.. Most are cheaters and a few are good men. They have nice tans, atleast those of indigenous/african/white mix, which are the majority. Its a relaxed fun loving country and most of the men are friendly and very easy going for a fun time but you can't cunt on their loyalties. Many of the men seem fit from working the fields. There are lots of Dominican men that just want the visa. My mom got taken pretty bad. She fell in love and he was younger. We warned her and even put a detective to check him out. We found three different women, about 7 kids in different towns. Years later and five years into a relationship with a Dominican women I got taken. I loved that woman, even bought her a home and took care of her and her family's needs. She changed after 4 years so I put a detective and they discovered a mid night lover and a fast moving new york Dominican that got into her pants in no time. Long distance love affairs are always dangerous and Dominican men are a major risk. Of course not all situations are the same but if he is moving fast that is a very dangerous move. Oh, by the way, I know this poor German guy who is in love with this Dominican girl and sends her money and wants to marry her to take her to Germany. Well, this girl has another guy down near her house, whom she takes care of with his money. Its all very sad. Lots of cheaters in the DR, PR, Cuba, etc... Its different value system and different social/economic dynamics. If you really like this guy, I'd put a detective to check him out and I am sure he will have a few girlfriends and kids. Oh, by the way, the family is in cahoots and they will always hush up the reality. they like the goodies you bring and the possibility of a visa anywhere out of the DR. Reality is a tough thing. I wish I could be optimistic... By the way, I am Dominican but lived most of my life outside the country. I was naive and got taken really bad.....
