Tell me, what's the thing that you love the most about the DR?

The woman the beaches and everything good that the country offers!

It's good to know that we at least can agree with something.

I think for me.. it was seeing History with my own eyes.. I actually thought about moving there for a bit and teaching in one of the American/English speaking schools.. I made several inquiries.. But decided to wait.. My Spanish sucks really bad now since I started learning another language..Just don't ask me which one..lol

Loved the beaches..the people were really cool and helpful

But the music.....WOW.....kissing my fingers twice..

Only had Dominican food in Miami, couldn't find anyone to cook for me while there.. The people that looked after me were not Dominican so .. there went my authentic experience..

It was a philanthropy type trip for me.. I'm passed due for another one.. I plan on going before the year is out.. and I'm working on adopting from there eventually..

Now that my kids have passports.. I want them to get a taste of the DR..

I think in general I'm just in love with the Caribbean.. but I respect the differences of each country I've managed to visit so far..
