thanks, yumnuk. tenor saw i never met, but Bob was my very good buddy. i read an article where someone put him in the same echelon as Miles Davis and Bob Dylan, as far as creativity is concerned.

The majority of musicians don't have a clue anymore. Peace, Love, Freedom, and Music. Unless you are interested in money and being discovered and being famous, today's music industry just isn't interested. Look at this legend, He changed the world just by being who he is.

cibaeno, i knew Bob when he was still a nobody. when he gained all his fame and success, we still used to play football on sunday afternoons together. fame never affected him, and he was not one for attracting crowds. he would never go to famous restaurants, because he was "Ital",which means he was free of salt in his diet. his only trapping of success was his BMW, and only becuase it spelt out Bob Marley and the Wailers. i dated a girl who was also very good friends of Rita Marley.she would sing with the band when they were practising, but was never used on an album or tour. Bob also had children by Cindy Breakespeare, who was Miss World. i can say that i had the pleasure of knowing a real gentleman. his love of women was legendaty, and he has several children, such as Ziggy, who sings exactly like he does.
