I am aware of the high rate of HIV. Don't hate. By the way I'm not some unattractive fat fella. And I've never posted one here before my previous post. I came across this site by accident doing research about Haiti. I found the debate here quite amusing, but somewhat biased, depending on whether or not the person commenting seemed to be Haitian or Dominican. You people seemed to need an impartial third party to help come to some sort of reliable conclusion. If there is an individual here who has a similiar writing style as myself , perhaps you guys should pay more attention to him as he should come across as somebody who is intelligent. By the way, don't hold your breath for the results as it will 6 to 8 months before they will be complete.
