GIZMO You know that's one of those strange realities you call an Oxymoron. The Tainos or Arawaks were good stewards of the land and nature, and lived in harmony within the environment something that you can't apply to those that claim the name Aiyti or Haiti as it's referenced today. Haitians live in a country that's deforested, because the tyrannical Haitian goverments don't provide gas for cooking to the masses of people. So they resort to cutting down trees to create charcoal for cooking and even for energy.
