SANTO DOMINGO. - The National Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) said Friday a Dominican businessman accused of swindling clients and depositors of a financial company was extradited from the United States to stand trial in the country.
In a statement the DNCD said Julio Alberto Heinsen Bogaert, who had fled the country several years ago was arrested in Miami, where he lives, and immediately handed over to two federal agents.
Heinsen Bogaert was brought last night to the country via Las Americas International Airport and is being held in the DNCD.

You are sooooo right. It is all a part of the evil right-wing conspiracy to keep people like you under their control.
In fact you are a major pawn. We allow you to vent as a release valve to keep it all from blowing apart. We know that your rantings will never be taken seriously by anyone with at least 1/2 a brain. Just like the UFO idiots who are a great cover for our Black Helicopter operations against the revolutionaries in the Nebraska and Oklahoma Trailer parks.
Yea but he isn't a "real" Bogaert.
Or perhaps they care for their families and provide for them.
