That's Great, we need more technology made available for the masses to discover their roots, and the outside world; and to prepare the youth to become competent in the IT field.
I believe that for too long our people have believed that our culture only consists of Merengue, and Sugar Cane derivatives such as Rum. There are plenty of other things that make our culture, like our rich history, our cuisine, our close-knit family traditions, our respect for our fellow man-our brethren. It's great that more access to computers and books is provided for our future generations; Remember when the foreign occupiers burned our books, and closed our schools. What was achieved by these invaders is still affecting us today; A lack of knowledge of our true identity, and noble past. Props to J. R. Vargas of Indotel. Dios, Patria, y Libertad--------y aun mas educacion.

I think it's great .. the Dominican IT system is impressive .. as is our interest in IT and the Internet .. the only problem is electricity .. we have to fix the electricity problem .. IT needs a lot of cheap energy to flourish ..

Does anyone have the address or website of this new Puerto Rico casino? How many years was it open before?
