My Family knew his family in the late 1930's in Manoguayabo, North /East of Santo Domingo my Great Grandfather Sirafin Rios owned about 60 archers from 1920 threw late 1949, my Family grew Tobacco which was named and registered "La Surtana", our Coffee Family name was "La Tacita" if History serves me right Pedro's Father and my late Grandfather were forced at gun point to vote for Turjillo in the late 1930's which resulted in the stripping of my Grandfathers U.S Citizenship, which stated "No U.S Citizen shall vote in any/all foreign National elections" Grandfather Sarafin was a Puerto Rican with U.S Citizenship at the time, he had his U.S Citizen reinstated in 1951, I have the Docs to prove it. By the way my Father Emilio who is 81 and a true Dodger fan is deeply saddened.
