Sure go after little guys while the government rents government properties to supporters such as Helodos Bon for peanuts. Hell they can afford to do things legally since the government foots their bills.

Their service has been poor lately
I subscribed for an upgrade for my DSL last week and someone messed it up.

I am paying for 3mb down and 1mb up and was on the on the phone with Codetel today we realized I now have 222 down and 90 up.

Told me it was a configuration error. , I said No sh@t.

if you want to check your speed go to www.speed.com.do.

Make sure you are getting what you pay for.
