SANTO DOMINGO. - Wilton Guerrero, the senator of the province where seven men were executed mob-style said one of the reasons for the murders is that those in charge of the Drugs Control Agency (DNCD), the Police and the Justice Ministry there serve drug trafficking and other crimes.

“Each one has its exceptions and I regret that there are also very serious people here and deserve my respect, but unfortunately the Justice Ministry, the DNCD and the National Police  Peravia are agencies  the drug trafficking, the criminality and prostitution,” said Wednesday the Peravia province (south) senator, who’s also a senior member of the ruling PLD party.

Guerrero said Baní is a “free zone” for criminal actions and its society is unprotected against drug trafficking. “Part of the operators of Drugs Control in Peravia province what they do is go to collect their toll at the points where drugs are sold."

He said the murders terrorized the citizens because anyone can be gunned down. “I understand that at general level it’s necessary to support the good people who work in each of these agencies to prevent these tragedies from continuing.”

Guerrero said he’s not afraid to denounce these actions, in reference to the case of the seven men found shot to death early Tuesday in Paya, Baní, which has shocked Peravia province and all of Dominican Republic.

The word used in the headline should be "Country", not "Province".

"Do the GOOD GUYS always wear white? If so, who are the BAD GUYS? The HITMAN is coming, beware!" Juango poses questions and makes prediction.

oooo

"Do the GOOD GUYS always wear white?" Juango asks.

No. As a rule, bad guys wear white. White signifies bourgeois boss and a person of privilege.

"If so, who are the BAD GUYS?" Juango asks.

Dominican Senator Wilton Guerrero suggests there are two sets of bad guys -- (1) drug traffickers led by Colombians and (2) the Dominican police who murder traffickers, take drugs, and sell drugs.

Neither of these two sets -- (1) or (2) -- wear white. The police, set (2), wears blue. Although neither wears white, they are both bad guys.

"The HITMAN is coming, beware!" Juango declares.

Traffickers, (1), have hitmen in the DR and (2), the police, hit the 7 dead traffickers.

(1)'s and (2)'s hitmen are not coming, they're there, figuring out whom to hit.

Police may hit the maid, the watchmen, and Nicaraguan.
