Santo Domingo.- The hotel Paradise Beach Resort & Casino in Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata began an extensive renovation process of its facilities.

Antonio Herrera, vice president of sales and marketing for the chain Amhsa Marina Hotels & Resorts said  the hotel will close its doors to the public for renovation from May 6.

Lot of these places are getting long in the tooth ...but the real estate is fabulous ...The renovations should be to a much higher standard than the old all inclusive rubber chicken all you can eat and drink till you puke....HIGHER STANDARDS or stay closed
