Santo Domingo.– Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project of renowned Dominican developers Group Metro, held its launch event with two days of spectacular celebrations in Santo Domingo and Juan Dolio. Will the food crisis increase or decrease the 42% poverty rate and will "Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project" restrained the soaring poverty rate that threatens to engulf half of the people.
But bourgeois trash, cappie stooges ... and the like ... have always said that the poverty rate whether it's 42% or 62% or 92% of the people is irrelevant. The only thing that's relevant is the LUXURY RATE of the bourgeoisie and "Costa Blanca, the billion-dollar project" will surely raise the bourgeois luxury rate.
