Santo Domingo.- The Public Works Ministry reopened the highway to Constanza, to allow visitors to take part in the activity to mark the June 14m 1959 expedition and for farmers to take their products to market.

The decision was made because weather conditions aren’t expected to bring about new landslides which force last week’s close.

Public Works said the road will be open to traffic today Friday until 7 p.m. and from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
